Menu Won't Refresh

Sometimes this happens and sometimes it doesn't.
I made changes to the style of my menu and positioning and the changes will not show up on the site.
I have deleted my cache, deleted the old popup folder and uploaded it again with the new content, and the old menu still appears.
How can I fix this?

Hi,

If you are using a proxy server, try making a direct connection.
If your menu shows fine up locally and you are sure that you are uploading the correct files to the correct server folder, then it's 100% cache issue.

It can be on your side (you can try accessing the website from another browser to test it), or it could be your Service provider (if you are using a proxy server).

If you have an Iphone you can make a 3G connection (not wifi) and see if the page menu was updated.
