Menu not opening

But I'm still getting that weird "blinking" thing.

And when I try to upload the files into the main directory, I'm still getting the issue that the menu won't open.

Is there a phone number or something where I could call you? I really need to get this done...

Hi,

Phone support is not available.
The issue you are facing is known and has to do with the color style editor bug in earlier versions.

You need to open the color style in the color style editor, go to the Font Settings and click on the "Copy Item Settings" button (the small button next to the "Normal" menu state drop down box).

Save your color style (update it), rebuild the menu and you should be OK.

Can you confirm cross-platform browser support? It's opening for me in both IE and Firefox on XP and Win7. I'm having my graphic designer check it out on the Mac.

Hi,

Can you please send my be email the spfx file and the color style(s) you are using.

The menu works fine in Firefox, Safari, Google Chrome and Internet Explorer, however it doesn't work with Opera and I want to check why.
And I've tested the menu with OsX (Mac) and it was working fine there with both Safari and Firefox.
